The reception staff greeted me with a bag containing fruit, sandwiches, cakes, and water. I thought this was a nice touch. I found a dedicated omelet station at breakfast, prepared to my specifications. The hotel left small presents like chocolates and crisps on the bed. Those were nice surprises.

Our reception staff provided a welcome bag of treats including fruit, sandwiches, cakes, and water. This was a lovely surprise upon our late arrival. I also found little presents left on my bed like chocolates and crisps. The breakfast offered a good choice and also an area for omelets made to your preference.
The pool was a little crowded during peak hours.

The reception staff were very helpful and cute. I found the staff were generally excellent and very accommodating. Jesús at reception deserves a special mention for his excellent service. He earned a perfect score!

The breakfast and dinner buffets were elaborate with good food choices. I loved this. There was an excellent choice of food and drink and the quality was superb! The all-inclusive option was very good overall.

My room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I enjoyed it. The shower was amazing. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room. It was very well maintained by the housekeeping staff.
